Hello, Loved ones, Welcome to my page, I'm Eefje,

A big nature lover, a new(ish) mom, and a firm believer in the power of women's work.

I'm constantly inspired by the transformative power of life, nature, motherhood, and the lessons it brings to my life every day.  I strongly feel connected to the feminine energy, it teaches me about finding our collective voice to be caretakers who honor and respect all natural beings. It also inspires me to support other mothers and women on their journeys. Whether I'm dreaming about having a self-sustaining farm retreat center or simply soaking in precious moments with my loved ones, living authentically from the heart is what fuels me every single day.

Beyond being a mother, I'm also a certified yoga teacher with a 200-hour Hata and a 100-hour Yin certificate, and I graduated as a holistic coach, specializing in women's guidance.

My purpose, bringing back community, is born from a deep yearning for genuine connections and a supportive community. With my work, I want to change the narrative from a more individual lifestyle to a more supportive community-based lifestyle. My journey and work ethic are shaped by personal experiences including a transformative and insightful burnout, the birth of my daughter, and becoming a mother. This drives me to work holistically and nurture the mind, body, and spirit as one.

I believe in the power of sisterhood and reclaiming the ancient tradition of community. Whether through intimate group sessions or one-on-one guidance, I aim to provide a safe, loving, and authentic space where women can (re)connect as individuals and as a whole, to feel, and grow.
